Fortune Cookies

3 egg whites (beaten) Beat in: 3/4 C sugar 1/2 tsp salt Stir well after adding each of the following: 1 C flour 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 C butter melted 2 Tbsp water Pour 1 tsp at a time into pan over medium heat.  Spread thinly.  Cook until golden.  Fold.
