Artichoke Spread

  • 2 cans (10-15 oz) artichokes, drained, and quartered
  • 1/2 C parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (use 1/4 tsp if using salt)
  • 1 C mayonnaise

Mix and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or 4-5 minutes on high in microwave.
