Yield: 12-16 pancakes
- 1 1/2 C wheat flour
- 1/2 C flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 1/3 C milk
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1/4 C plain yogurt
Mix dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients and blend with dry mix until moistened. Thin as needed by adding water.
