Fortune Cookies

  • 3 egg whites (beaten)

Beat in:

  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Stir well after adding each of the following:

  • 1 C flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 C butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp water

Pour 1 tsp at a time into pan over medium heat.  Spread thinly.  Cook until golden.  Fold.
