- Corn Pops (like cheese puffs without the cheese. Barrel of Fun Corn Pops are available at Macey’s, some Harmons and some Reams stores)
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/4 C light karo syrup
- 1 C brown sugar
Cover large cookie sheet with corn pops. Bring other ingredients to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Take off stove and add:
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Pour mixture over pops and stir to cover. Bake at 250 for 15 minutes. Take out and stir then bake another 15 minutes. Spread on wax paper to cool and break apart.
