Dijon Tilapia Fillets

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 450. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Mix well.

Season fillets w/salt & pepper. Place in lightly greased baking pan, leaving space between fillets. Pour the sauce over the fillets and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake for 7-8 min. or until just cooked through. Garnish with parsley.
