Balsamic Vinegar Marinade

  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp. fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried sage
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4-1/3 C olive oil
  • 1/4-1/2 C balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Chicken

Blend together. Marinade in a large Ziploc bag for 2-48 hours.
