Preheat oven to 425
- 1 lb of salmon
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Mix to combine all spices. Set aside.
- 2 heaping Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 heaping Tbsp honey (or hot honey)
- 1/2 C panko crumbs
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- pinch of salt
Rub spices over salmon. Pout the honey mustard over the salmon and brush evenly. Combine the panko, salt, parsley and olive oil in a bowl and sprinkle the crumb mix over the salmon and bake for 12 minutes.
