Kulfi (Indian ice cream)

  • 14 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 C heavy cream
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 C ground pistachios
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish

Stir the evaporated milk, cream, condensed milk, cardamom and ground pistachios together in a large bowl.  Pour the mixture into ice pop molds.  Freeze.
