- 1 1/2 C sifted flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 C soft butter
- 1 C sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 C mashed bananas (about 3)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 C oats
- 1/2 C walnuts
Sift flour with salt, soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Set aside
Beat butter, sugar and egg. Beat in bananas and vanilla
Gradually stif in flour mixture and oats. Add nuts. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Bake 12-15 min. at 400.
