German Pancakes

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 C flour
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. butter

1) Melt butter in 9 X 13 pan, blend other ingredients in blender; pour over butter in pan. Bake 20-25 min. 425.
