- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. dried sage
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4-1/3 C olive oil
- 1/4-1/2 C balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
