Snickerdoodles

  • 3/4 C sugar           
  • 1/2 C butter           
  • 1 egg               
  • 1 tsp. vanilla          
  • 1 1/2 C flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Combine sugar, butter, egg and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Mix together. Form dough balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 375 for 8-10 min.
