- 1 (7 oz) Jar marshmallow cream
- 1 ½ C sugar
- ⅔ C evaporated milk
- ¼ C butter
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 (11.5 oz) package of milk chocolate chips (2 C)
- 1 (6 oz) package semisweet chocolate chips (1 C) or use all milk
- ½ C chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla
In large pan combine marshmallow cream, sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a fast boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir until melted. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 8 inch square foil lined pan.
