- 1 C sugar
- 1 C flour (for GF do 3/4 C 1:1 flour and 1/4 C almond flour)
- 2 eggs beaten (if using vegan eggs, they take longer to cook)
- ½ C margarine, melted
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 2.25 oz slivered almonds
Mix together and bake in a 9 inch pan. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
If doubled, put in 9×13 and add 10-15 minutes of baking time.
