Coffee Cake

TOPPING: 

1/2 C brown sugar

2 Tbsp. flour

2 tsp. cinnamon

2 Tbsp. melted butter

BATTER: 

1 1/2 C flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

2/3 C sugar

1/4 C oil

1 egg, beaten

3/4 C milk

Prepare topping; set aside. In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat on med. speed 1 min.

Spread half of batter in pan. Sprinkle with half of topping mixture. Spread remaining batter over top and sprinkle with remaining topping mixture. Bake 25-35 min.
