- ¼ C packed brown sugar
- ¼ C soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- ¼ tsp curry powder
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 (6 oz) chicken thighs, skinned
- Lime wedges (optional)
- Green onions tops (optional)
1-Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-lock plastic bag; add chicken. Marinate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
2-Prepare grill. Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade. Place marinade ina small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.
3-Grill chicken 20 minutes or until done, turning and basting frequently with cooked marinade. Garnish with lime wedges and green onions if desired.
